Request a Service Call
We can work on any make or model of garage door and/or garage door opener as long as it is still manufactured. While it's impossible to carry parts for every model out there, our technicians drive well stocked service vehicles to accommodate a variety of issues. Listed below are just a few examples of what we can do.
- Broken Springs
- Broken Cables
- Section Replacement
- Planned Maintenance
- Remote Control Issues
- Weather Seals
Torsion Springs (vs) Extension Springs
Torsion springs are mounted on a shaft directly above the garage door opening. Some doors will only have one spring, but if there are two, both should be replaced.
Extension springs are mounted on a pulley system on both sides of the door and run parallel to the horizontal tracks. If one breaks, both springs should be replaced to avoid your door running crooked.
